Terms of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed with Ultimate Peps through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified persons. They are not medicines, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment. You must not consume, administer, or resell any product for human or animal use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order. By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes and that you will handle, store and dispose of products safely and in line with all laws that apply to you.

3. Your compliance with local laws

Laws on the purchase, import and possession of research compounds differ between countries and regions. You are solely responsible for checking and complying with the laws that apply where you are located. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Products and kits

Each product is sold as a kit of 10 vials of the size selected. Product descriptions are for identification and general scientific background only and are not claims about any effect on the body. Product images are illustrative.

5. Prices and currency

Prices are set in US dollars. If you select another currency, prices and totals are converted at the exchange rate displayed at the time of your order, and that converted total is the amount stated in your payment link. Prices may change before you order. If an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

6. Ordering and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. After you order we email a secure card payment link for the order total. A contract is formed when payment is received and your order is accepted. Orders not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.

7. Shipping, risk and title

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order, or free above the threshold, as set out in our shipping & returns policy. Title passes to you on payment. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address supplied.

8. Returns, refunds and customs seizures

Returns and refunds are handled under our shipping & returns policy. If customs seizes your package, we'll reship your order once, free of charge, provided you email orders@ultimatepepsau.com with your order number and the seizure notice or tracking evidence within 30 days of the notice. Reshipped orders go to the same address unless we agree otherwise. Refunds aren't offered for seized orders; we reship instead.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of any product, from use contrary to these terms, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ultimate Peps against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms or your use, handling or resale of any product.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
