Shipping & returns

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders with a products subtotal over US$700 (measured in US dollars, whatever currency you choose). Otherwise shipping is a flat US$70 per order, however many kits you order. If you choose another currency, the shipping charge is converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched after payment has cleared. When your order ships we email you the tracking number.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and on postal and customs processing, which are outside our control. Any delivery estimate we give is a guide only.

Customs, duties and import rules

You are responsible for making sure the products you order can be lawfully imported into and held in your country, and for any import duties, taxes or charges.

Seizure reship guarantee

If customs seizes your package, we'll reship your order once, free of charge. To claim, email orders@ultimatepepsau.com with your order number and the seizure notice or tracking evidence within 30 days of the notice. Reshipped orders go to the same address unless we agree otherwise. Refunds aren't offered for seized orders; we reship instead.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, email orders@ultimatepepsau.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or refund the affected items.

Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds, we can't accept returns of products that have been opened or that have left our control, except where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect as described above. Seized orders are covered by the seizure reship guarantee above rather than a refund. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
