This policy explains how Ultimate Peps handles personal information collected through this website.

When you place an order we collect your name, business or laboratory name (if given), email address, phone number (if given), shipping address, order details and any notes you add. Our server also records your IP address and browser type with each order to help prevent fraud and abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, send your payment link and order updates, respond to your enquiries, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to fulfil your order: with our payment provider (to process your card payment), with shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and with our website and email hosting providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Payment details

Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure payment page. We do not see or store your full card number.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart, your chosen currency and recent exchange rates. Exchange rates are fetched from a public exchange-rate service, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Storage and security

Order records are kept on our hosting provider's servers and in our email account, and are protected by access controls. We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and tax obligations.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing orders@ultimatepepsau.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us.
